German Speaking Customer Service Manager



  • Manage the customer service activities of 3-4 teams with business projects
  • Coach Team Leaders to help them a continuous improvement in the organization
  • Follow up team performance, create and implement objectives and development plans for the direct reports
  • Support career development for team members by providing continuous learning and training opportunities
  • Ensure Global Process Standards are embedded and adhered to in a day to day operations
  • Analyse performance reports on a periodic basis, interpreted data to identify trends and implement operational improvement initiatives
  • Develop and maintain internal and external relationships regarding specific business issues
  • University or College degree
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Strong people and performance management skills
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience gained in a supervisory role in Customer Service/Service Desk or similar service operation roles
  • Ability to communicate effectively with the client to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions
  • Good negotiating and influencing skills
  • Experience with SAP, Siebel and MS Office
