Play a crucial role in supporting our organization's HR strategies and initiatives.
Collaborate closely with various stakeholders to drive employee engagement, foster a positive work culture to improve business performance as well.
Create an environment to support effective strategic and operational decision making.
Lead and support people related change activity providing recommendations for improving effectiveness through organization design.
Execute core people processes within assigned functions (e.g. People Plans, Performance Cycle, Talent Planning and Annual Compensation Planning).
Provide leadership support and coaching to people leaders, be ready to challenge stakeholders.
Contribute and work collaboratively to support key projects within the HR long range plan and HR people plan.
Participate in crucial CEE HR projects.
Being responsible for the functional people cost budget planning and tracking.
Követelmények
Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 3-5 years of relevant HR professional experience in BP role (previous experience with manufacturing company is advantage).
Excellent command in Hungarian and business English (written and verbal);
Knowledge on Hungarian labor law.
You are culture and change steward – track record of organization changes projects & leading change in transformation.
You have strong coaching skills – support the managers in their people matters through coaching & leadership.
You are results oriented & organized – identify risk and prioritize competing demands.
Be able to work with minimal supervision, using own initiative to solve problems.
You want to work in a good team.
Preferred:
Driving license, category B.
