Internal sourcing recruiter

Feladatok

The Sourcer plays a pivotal role in optimizing our talent acquisition operations. This role is essential for driving effective sourcing strategies, maintaining robust talent pipelines, and ensuring the timely submission of high-quality candidate profiles within agreed timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage a comprehensive talent pool for current and future hiring needs.
  • Maintain a proactive approach to sourcing, ensuring access to top talent for ongoing recruitment demands.
  • Conduct market mapping exercises to analyze talent availability, competitor landscapes, and industry trends, ensuring we stay ahead in attracting top talent.
  • Source and deliver profiles that meet role-specific requirements and cultural fit criteria.
  • Collaborate closely with onsite recruitment specialist teams across Europe, ensuring alignment on sourcing strategies and talent pipelines.
  • Ensure all CVs align with the set quality standards.
  • Ensure timely sourcing and submission of candidate profiles while maintaining high conversion rates.
  • Adhere to Operational Level Agreements (OLAs) and exceed benchmarks.
  • Validate candidates’ compensation expectations against the organization’s structure and ensure submissions align with job levels and salary bands.
  • Maintain and submit daily sourcing trackers to provide visibility into sourcing progress, monitor pipelines, and track performance.

Követelmények

  • Fluent French / Dutch / German + English is a must (both written and verbal)
  • 1-3 years of experience in sourcing/recruitment 
  • Result and solution oriented
  • Proactive, energetic, and positive attitude
  • Experienced in high volume recruitment and dynamic environment
  • Having a competitive approach would be helpful for the success
  • Experience in LinkedIn Recruiter or/and Workday is a plus
  • Enjoy team work, willing to take a part of a very supportive team
