The company was formed in 2010, yet the roots of the company have a 17 years history working with the largest fast food chains in the world. They serve their client's system as a strategic supplier to all restaurants, deploying in over 119 countries and over 35,000 locations worldwide. They provide software development, testing, deployment and support services for POS (point-of-sale) and related software applications that focus on the overall crew and customer experience, resulting in improved operations in the restaurants. The Development Centers are in São Paulo (Brazil), Budapest and Debrecen (Hungary), as well as support centers (Centers of Excellence) in Australia, Europe, Japan, and the U.S.

Main responisibilities:

  • Primary task is to provide L3 support in connection with the following fields:
  • 3rd party software integration
  • user acceptance tests
  • complete product portfolio
  • Monitor software applications, analyze, resolve and document, new and emerging problems
  • Document standard procedures using defined documentation guidelines and templates
  • Make recommendations how to improve system performance, stability, and availability
  • Work closely with developers
  • Work in partnership with multinational teams
  • Ad-hoc tasks in connection with the systems
  • Oncall (24/7) shifts

Required skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in the field of IT or equivalent experience
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in product support
  • Experience in troubleshooting of complex IT environments, knowledge of troubleshooting methodologies
  • Basic networking skills and knowledge of Windows servers
  • Fluency in English
  • Superior problem solving skills
  • Team player attitude
