Multilingual Customer Relationship
- Screening and validating of new registrants, which are partly resulting from prospect calls and partly from registering spontaneously to the platform.
- Follow-up on new registrants to convert them into new buyers
- Winning back lost or non-active customers
- You are an enthusiastic and communicative person with a commercial spirit
- You are goal oriented and stress resistant
- You are a team player that likes to work in an international environment of young people
- You have a first experience in a similar position and/or call center or you are a highly motivated fresh graduate
- You have extensive language skills meaning that you
- Speak fluently one of the following languages (Spanish, Portuguese )
- You speak English (company language).
- Growing successful international company with subsidiaries in different countries
