Procurement & Third Party Management Contract Analyst

Tasks

  • Contract Analysis & Drafting: Support contract review, negotiation, and remediation processes
  • Excel-Based Reporting: Track contract compliance, performance metrics, and reporting requirements
  • Third-Party Management: Conduct contract gap analysis and vendor compliance checks
  • Collaboration: Work with legal, procurement, and sourcing teams to ensure contract adherence
  • Risk Mitigation: Identify and escalate non-compliance issues
  • Process Optimization: Assist in implementing structured policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency – reporting, tracking, and data analysis
  • Experience in contract drafting and contract management
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously
  • Fluency in English (B2/C1 level) – written and verbal communication
  • 2+ years of experience in third-party contract management within a multinational environment is and advantage
  • Legal or business background – Bachelor's degree preferred
