We are looking for a Regional Distribution Manager on behalf of our Parnter who is one of the leader within the animal-health industry. If you have strong B2b experience, have excellent in stakeholder management skills and sales attitude this opportunity is for you!

 

Regional business development manager

Feladatok

● Determine the Distributor Incentive System.
● Analyze and follow up the network of sub distributors.
● Seek for new business development possibilities.
● Keep in contact with distributors and sub distributors on a weekly basis to follow up
their purchases to achieve their contracted targets.
● Check and follow up the financial background of the distributors.
● Contribute to the development of strategy and financial planning processes of CEVA.
● Manage the budget of the Cluster, contributing to annual budget setting
process by submitting proposals, detailing investment and business development
opportunities and ensuring that expenditure meets targets.
● Ensure distribution strategy meets the different business divisions’ needs and goals.
Keeping close internal contact with different marketing business units to maximize
support of the distributors with marketing and technical related topics
● Cooperate with the Demand and Supply Manager, make product forecast and
organize the logistic avoiding either the stock-out situation or high-stock.
● Keep record of customer complaints and provides new ideas to avoid similar
mistakes.
● Keep record of outstanding invoices and inform distributors about it
● Plan, organize and prioritize own work daily to meet deadlines and plan ahead to
meet deadlines.
● Continuously monitors the potential financial impact of significant events within the
Markets and develops comprehensive action plans to effectively address events that
could compromise the achievement of the business plan.
● Stays informed of industry and competitive activities. Uses knowledge of market
dynamics and understanding of the broader market trends (locally, regionally and
globally) to identify strategic access opportunities
 

Követelmények

● Understanding animal health industry, market trends, and business environment
● Fluent English knowledge
● Strong understanding of negotiation strategy and its application
● Proven strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
● Ability to work under pressure and a change agent within the company
● Proven track-record in adherence to Company compliance policies and procedures
