Our Partner is is Europe's leading independent provider of IT infrastructure services, enabling users and their business. The Budapest Office opened in 2013 with only around 50 people and now they are over 400. They have a wide range of opportunities in areas such as IT Service Desk, Finance & Accounting, Logistics, Reporting, IT Development and Project Management. It is a diverse community of young and experienced professionals coming from all around the world, providing solutions in 14 different languages. To expand their Customer Service Center, they are looking for motivated and reliable candidates in the following role:

Senior Customer Service Representative - German Speaking


Responsibilites:

  • Understanding and supporting End-to-End Request Management Lifecycle through IT Service Management tools including Order Management, Asset Data Handling, Appointment scheduling with End users and being Single Point of Contact between End user and Onsite Engineers.
  • Quality check and processing of incoming requests via ticket tools, Emails and phone based on predefined Knowledge Base documents and work instructions
  • Ensuring to keep the agreed service levels
  • Providing Telephone and Email availability for Scheduling resources
  • Maintaining and improving customer satisfaction, providing consistent customer experience
  • Monitoring all tickets and escalating issues in line with company processes to ensure customer demands are met
  • Identifying own development needs in line with business objectives

We are looking for you if…

  • You are fluent in German and/ or good in English (spoken and written)
  • You have at least 2 years' experience with Customer service and confidence in communication with internal and external customers
  • You have detailed understanding of IT support and IT Service Management Tools and SAP
  • You have working knowledge of Windows 7/10, MS-Office.
  • You are expert in order processing and SAP operation on transaction level
  • You demonstrate an organised approach to work with excellent administrative skills
  • You are process driven and familiar with working in a structured environment in a large multinational IT organisation
  • You have leadership skills - In this role you will have coaching and mentoring responsibilities
  • You are customer service orientated and you have excellent interpersonal, literacy and numeracy skills
  • You are confident, independent, result-oriented and you can do structured work under pressure
  • You are able to work under management supervision
  • You are able to learn new tasks/areas quickly and willing to progress/motivate others
