Perform all data service procurement activities including pre-qualification, negotiating vendor agreements, preparation of contracts, renewing contracts, follow-up invoices and payments
Work closely with technical, sales, legal and finance teams to ensure contracts and terms are favorable
Nurture relationships with vendors to negotiate the best costs for the projects and utilize counter business opportunities
Manage daily service procurement operations on SAP and CRM systems
Identify and research potential new vendors
Manage commercial capex and Opex budget and forecasts
Conduct cost analyses and set benchmarks for continual improvement
Initiate and lead projects that will improve operational efficiency in service procurement
Lead service procurement team in Budapest, Bucharest and Istanbul, be a mentor for their professional an operational growth
Engage, motivate and coach to create lasting results with a collaborative approach

Experience in service procurement or vendor management in telco or technology industry (wholesale segment experience is a plus)
Proactive commercial perspective with analytical skills
