Owner of employee logistics services: manage employee logistics services (including catering, accommodation, vehicles, travel, laptop、 SIM card), and be responsible for service results (quality, cost, efficiency, internal control).
Person in charge of 2C activities: manage employee satisfaction and operate employee service platform.
Build and operate a fully connected administrative service platform, understand employee needs and service satisfaction, implement optimization and improvement according to requirements and suggestions, and improve cost utilization.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree
MS office (excel, word, PPT etc.)
Advanced Hungarian and English knowledge (written and spoken)
Chinese language knowledge is an advantage
Ability to work across teams, think outside the box and handle tight deadlines
Serious, proactive, with good communication skills and ability to learn quickly
Problem-solving attitude, being able to identify issues and provide solutions in a timely manner
