Requirements

  • Receive client’s requests and treat them according to your SLA (via different Huawei Platforms)
  • Internal communication
  • Keep track on work order status and report when requested
  • Extract reports from the system when required
  • Prepare monthly reports
  • Supporting in any related task
  • Owner of employee logistics services: manage employee logistics services (including catering, accommodation, vehicles, travel, laptop、 SIM card), and be responsible for service results (quality, cost, efficiency, internal control).
  • Person in charge of 2C activities: manage employee satisfaction and operate employee service platform.
  • Build and operate a fully connected administrative service platform, understand employee needs and service satisfaction, implement optimization and improvement according to requirements and suggestions, and improve cost utilization.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • MS office (excel, word, PPT etc.)
  • Advanced Hungarian and English knowledge (written and spoken)
  • Chinese language knowledge is an advantage
  • Ability to work across teams, think outside the box and handle tight deadlines
  • Serious, proactive, with good communication skills and ability to learn quickly
  • Problem-solving attitude, being able to identify issues and provide solutions in a timely manner
