Randstad Hungary is looking for a Business Development Manager, an exceptional new member of our team who brings passion for results and great market knowledge to the table.
- Setting and realizing commercial goals for the staffing department
- Managing and executing commercial activities such as: partner visits, calls, RFxs in order to effectively present and sell Randstad’s staffing services to potential clients
- Translate market opportunities into existing or new Randstad services
- Building up and maintaining long-term partnerships with Randstad’s key customers
- Representing Randstad on formal events
- College or University degree
- 2+ years of business development or key account management experience with proven track-record in the staffing or outsourcing industry
- Result oriented, self-motivated and dynamic attitude
- Assertive and self-confident personality
- Advanced level English
- Driver’s license
