French Speaking HR Admin Specialist


  • answering and executing inquiries regarding People Operations
  • being responsible for employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, termination, staff movement, HR reporting, internal audit, personnel information management and contract management.
  • being aware of People Operations policies and services
  • maintaining the knowledge management system


  • fluent FRENCH and ENGLISH language knowledge
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • At least 1-year experience in HR Generalist role 
  • Experience in shared  services HR function 
  • detail oriented and team player attitude
  • being comfortable in fast-paced environment
