The international hotel chain NETIZEN Hotel | Hostel due to the opening of a new property in Budapest is looking for a candidate for the position "GROUP SALES EXECUTIVE"
- Proactive approach to sales
- Develop contacts with the Tour & Travel clients directly and through Business Travel Agencies in order to maintain and increase hotel’s market share
- Solicit and conduct negotiations in order to attract new and maintain existing and repeat business in Tour & Travel Sales
- Pro-active participation in creating sales activity plan, act and report accordingly to Director of Sales and Marketing
- Conduct site inspections and create contracts as required.
- Ability to analyze sales results and correcting activities in accordance with changes in the market
- Achieve and outperform individual revenue goals by up-selling
- Participate in special projects and client event and to take other duties and responsibilities relevant to the position.
- Be creative, enthusiastic, have a positive character and approach of a hunter
- Minimum 1 year sales experience in a Hotel
- Strong organization, negotiation and presentation skills
- Positive, out-of-box thinking
- Adaptability/ flexibility
- High ethical standards, hardworking
- Should be able to work independently and simultaneously manage multiple tasks
- Fluent English is a must, Russian as an advantage
- Hotel PMS knowledge is preferable
