Your department 

HR BP Operations is responsible for efficient and consistent implementation of pre-launched HR standard processes and products for the entire global organization and provides different options for improvement and transformation of the HR processes. The diversity and complexity of the tasks and projects offer a wide-range insight into the company’s HR topics. 

Within HR Business Partner Operations this role will be allocated in the Tribe “HR Region”. The HR Business Partner Region team is responsible for local social partner management in German as well as taking care of the personal affairs of works council members. In addition, the team is responsible for managing cost centers related to works councils, ensuring cost efficiency and other relevant topics for this target group (management of committees).


Task description:

In this role, you take on tasks with responsibility and are mainly accountable for consultation and process checks. Your tasks contribute to the German organization, specifically to the works council committee management. You'll never get bored in this role: standardized procedure meets case-by-case solutions, empathy, senior demeanor and interest in regulations are absolutely essential.

In detail you take over the following tasks:

  • You assist the Tribe Lead HR Region and disciplinary manager of works council members by ensuring smooth administrative support and proactively managing complex and changing leadership tasks
  • You are the first point of contact when it comes to cost efficiencies in works council committees, keeping both company goals and German co-determination law in mind when it comes to qualifications, travel costs and material costs
  • You are in close cooperation and interaction with works council members with the aim of finding collaborative solutions
  • You are supporting the HR Business Partners Region in their local social partner management responsibility
  • You have the opportunity to work on overarching projects and special tasks, get to know various topics and broaden your horizons.
  • You have the overview and can prepare consolidated data management equitably, extract reports and provide presentation

Work experience/ Education

  • university degree or ongoing higher education studies focus on economics, HR or similar. Comparable professional education appropriate as well
  • first working experience in the fields of HR BP or management assistance

Professional Competencies
