HR Professional Coordinator (German speaking) - REF1232L

  • Responsibility for the team's functional mailbox/inbox management (reading, categorizing, classifying, dispatching, prioritizing, tracking, evaluating)

  • Processing of training requests for individual training and group training (use of HR tools e.g. ticketing tool, learning management system – LMS)

  • Creation of ad hoc and regular reports/evaluations from the LMS and connected systems

  • Creation and optimization of reports, process descriptions and checklists

  • Active support when introducing new IT tools, e.g. user testing, usability

  • Completed studies (e.g. business administration) or comparable professional training

  • Professional experience in HR, preferably with a focus on training/training supply, HR controlling, data analytics

  • Practical experience in dealing with common MS Office applications, in particular Excel and Power Point as well as the addressee-oriented preparation of complex issues

  • Good business know-how, especially in dealing with key figures and processes and in the use of control/reporting instruments and processes

  • Sound knowledge and practical experience in interface management

  • Basic ICT industry knowledge and a high affinity for these topics

  • Very good knowledge of German and good written and spoken English

  • Ability to work in a team, communication skills and experience in a dynamic, virtual environment

  • High degree of initiative, service mentality and independence
