In 2004 we started in Budapest with only a few people, today we have 140+ colleagues working in 4 different cities. We are a multinational company with a stable background. Our modern office is in the 13. district in Budapest.

We are looking for an Office manager to expand our team.

Office Manager


In this position you will be responsible for the following:

  • Personal assistance for the managing director of the company
  • Coordination of the reception
  • Check and approve accounts for office management in DOC drive
  • Keeping in contact with maintenance and cleaning personnel
  • Liaison with external service providers
  • Purchases of the office supplys with the Hr manager
  • Arranging and administering external event registrations
  • Procurement and coordination for internal events
  • Fleet management: tracking the status of an existing fleet, ordering new cars, handing over run-out cars, working with the HR manager and the Finance director
  • Management and execution of quarterly safety audits


To be the new Office manager in our office we would like you to:

  • speak English fluently
  • have experience in similar position at least 3 years
  • be inddependent and proactive
  • supportive and teamplayer
  • to be precise
  • be able to handle Microsoft Office well
  • be able to work full time
