Project Back-Office Operations Leader

Tasks

Essential responsibilities:

  • Establish and implement Order/Shipment/Billing process for Tungsram`s Installation business model in a cross-functional project
  • Defines ERP/System support requirements and implement enhancements / tools in collaboration with the IT department
  • Develop organizational roadmap to meet day-to-day operational needs
  • Lead the Back-office operations team and ensures appropriate KPIs/Operational metrics are met that support the timely execution and billing of Tungsram`s project order book
  • Gatekeeper and executor of Billing process milestones and ensures that necessary documentation is collected and stored in a relevant document management system per data retention needs
  • Overall responsible of Billing error resolution across the entire organization

Requirements

Qualifications / Requirements

  • College / University degree in Economics / Business Studies
  • 8+ year experience in Customer Service / OTR area in a multi-national environment
  • 5+ years people management and organizational development experience
  • Able to translate operational needs into process / system requirements
  • Working experience in SAP, SFDC and any document management systems
  • Fluent in English and Hungarian, other European language is an advantage
  • Able to lead cross functional teams in the pursuit of common business goals
  • Excellent analytical skills and easily navigate through complex environment
  • Creative thinking and good problem-solving skills
  • Flexible, energetic and outgoing personality
  • Understanding of Lighting industry / Technologies & Products is a plus
  • Experience in SAP implementation project is a plus
