Lead Change Manager

Our leading multinational partner is looking for you to be part of an exciting journey in supporting major transformation projects with your change management expertise - as well as offering competitive benefit package and a unique environment to work in.

Responsibilities

  • The lead change manager is accountable for developing and bringing to life the global change strategy
  • Accountable for leading major change activities within strategic transformation projects (e.g. Finance, Order to Cash, Procurement)
  • Responsible to define and develop change capability
  • Develop the annual change management plan and monitor progress
  • Work with other change practitioners on organizational and process changes
  • Participate in the project governance boards
  • Working closely together with the programme/project management and global change and plannig team
  • Continuously developing internal and external stakeholder engagement
Requirements
  • College or University degree
  • Skilful in managing and leading strategic changes in the field of Finance and/or Order to Cash and/or Procurement
  • Extensive professional experience in people and stakeholder managent
  • 5+ years relevant professional experience in change management
  • Working knowledge of project management tools and methodologies
  • Action oriented mindset and hands-on behavior
