Cash Collection Team Leader



  • Lead a team responsible for Cash Collection processes
  • Accountable for managing, controlling and monitoring all credit activity
  • Manage collection activity for the relevant country and business supported by the team
  • Ensure trade debtor balances are controlled and credit risk appraisal of customers is carried out
  • Proactively develop the skills, competencies and knowledge of customer service team members and secure a balanced workload within the team
  • Support internal and external stakeholder management
  • Accountable for accurate and timely management reporting
  • Ensure the effeciency of relevant credit controls
  • Develop and control processes and procedures to the Business standards
  • University or college degree preferably in economics
  • At least 2 years of experience in people management
  • At least 3 years of experience in AR or OTC field, preferred in the field of Collection
  • Fluency in English is a must
  • Strong people management skills
  • Able to deal with complex situations
  • Able to maintain the right balance between customer and business focus
